SAVINGS + SUSTAINABILITY
FINANCIAL SAVINGS
More capacity means better fuel efficiency. The less residual concrete build-up on board, the more capacity there is for ‘fresh’ concrete and as the truck will be lighter, fuel efficiencies will be made. Not forgetting, the more residual concrete build-up there is, the higher the Health and Safety Risks when it comes to manually removing from the drum.
HARDENED CONCRETE CAUSES HIGHER FUEL CONSUMPTION - INCREASE CAPACITY WITH READY JET AND IMPROVE EFFICIENCY:
-
Greatly reduced down time for chipping
-
Improved mixer drum capacity for better fuel consumption
-
Significant savings on Fuel
SUSTAINABILITY
-
Reduced transport costs – Traditional concrete drum cleaning retains more ‘hardened concrete’ in the mixer drum than the Ready Jet; meaning that traditionally, transportation costs would be higher due to surplus hardened concrete.
-
Increased mixer drum capacity – By retaining more ‘hardened concrete’, using traditional drum cleaning methods would greatly reduce the available capacity within your mixer drum; meaning less ready-mix concrete could be transported.
